Adblue Removal
Adblue is used to reduce emissions of nitrogen from the exhaust of diesel engines, but at very high operating costs. If you wish to reduce or completely eliminate the consumption of Adblue in your truck or car , we can reprogram the ECU to allow for this. This does not illuminate dashboard error lights.
NOTE: Removal of the Adblue system or similar , should only be carried out on trucks or cars for off road use or racing use. Using a vehicle on public roads with such a system disabled is at the owner/operators own risk.

To reduce emissions, manufacturers were forced to to fit an EGR Valve. By recirculating exhaust gasses back into the combustion chamber during low engine loads. This can cause expensive repair bills and reliability issues. Therefore we can offer a full EGR bypass/removal service which results in better efficiency and less maintenance costs. Benefits include, lower engine temps, better fuel efficiency, increased engine life.
EGR Removal/Delete

DPF Removal/Delete
Removing the DPF from a vehicle can allow a substantial increase in both performance and efficiency. This allows for increased performance (if remapped also ) , increased efficiency (mpg) , less turbo lag, reduced maintenance costs.
Our DPF Removal service is sold for off road use only. Removal of your DPF will almost certainly make your vehicle illegal for use on a public road.

Speed Limiter Removal
Many vehicles especially commercial are programmed with a top speed limiter. Our speed limiter removal software will allow the vehicle to reach top speeds.
Start / Stop Disable
A lot of vehicles have the modern start/stop systems, which turns off the engine every time they stop. Most cars have a disable button, but this has too be reset every time the engine is restarted. With our Start/Stop ECU Map the function is disabled permanently .

Swirl Flap Removal
Intake manifold flap failures are common on modern diesel and petrol engines. The process of removing the flaps depends on the design ,but our software can be used as part of the flap removal process . Please contact us for more details.

Hard Cut Limiter
This programs the ECU to cut fuelling at a set RPM, making the revs bounce off the limiter.

Hot Start Fix
Lambda / O2 Delete
If a diesel engine starts easily from cold but struggles from hot, this is described as a Hot Start Issue. The start up is controlled by a starting map in the ECU.
O2 deletes are for vehicles that have fitted sportscast or decat pipes and are having issues with the engine light being triggered due to emissions faults.

Economy
One of the major benefits of ECU Remapping is economy remapping, improving fuel consumption. The ECU is adjusted to widen the power band and give extra torque, resulting in less throttle input when maintaining steady speeds and acceleration. When driving with full loads, towing or driving uphill, the vehicle can be driven at lower rpm, in a higher gear and still have power . So with the extra low end torque and with a few adjustments in driving, ( no need to rev higher in gear changes ) ,you will see the benefits with higher mpg.
